RETURN POLICY
Fixo accepts returns or exchanges within the first 15 days of the online purchase date. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fixo.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Fixo return must be in original packaging and with all its complementary accessories. Your product must also be returned in the same condition it was received as we do reserve the right to deny a return or proportionately reduce the refund rate. We do not refund products that have been pre-installed of any kind of outstanding physical or water damage.

SHIPPING
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 6-months limited warranty from the time of purchase. The warranty is excludes physical damage including water damage. If product meets these requirements, please email us at hello@fixo.com.au with an explanation of the issue, photos of your product, and your order information. Used products are not covered by the warranty.
USED PRODUCTS
At Fixo we cannot accept returned phone parts, computer parts & other parts that are in used condition or have been installed completely.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
